In 2020 we ran 6 micro-fiction writing competitions and collected 60 beautiful stories from talented writers all over the world. Those stories were compiled into this inspiring anthology and represent just a tiny number of the millions and millions of untold stories of brave, strong, determined and captivating mothers throughout the ages.

In just 500 words or less, these writers from around the world skillfully capture the heart and imagination, with 60 stories dedicated to mothers of all varieties. $1 from every sale goes toward our friends at Kingdom Lighters Ministries and their orphanage in Uganda. Purchasing this book means you not only get a great keepsake but you get to make a difference in the world by contributing to the ongoing work of those who give of themselves selflessly every day to care for the motherless and fatherless children in their community. Entering is easy. All you need to do is sign up to our email list and share our Twitter or Facebook posts to your own profile. Subscribing will mean you receive all our latest news, stories, and competition information (including giveaways and writing competitions) a FREE eBook, and your chance to win the anthology!
STEPS:
- Subscribe – Sign up to our email list HERE or using the form below. If you’re already on our email list then you’re already halfway there, proceed to step 2.
- Share – Go to either our FACEBOOK page or our TWITTER page and share the post about the competition on your own profile. Don’t forget to set it to ‘public’ so I can find it.
- Tag at least 3 friends

By entering this competition you are agreeing to our T & C’s as outlined below.
Competition dates: Starts April 20th 2021 and Ends April 25th 2021 at Midnight AEST, winner drawn and announced on April 26th 2021.
Entry details: Eligible entries are those who follow all 3 steps listed above. Winners will be chosen using a promotion manager app that chooses randomly a winner from a list of entrants that meet all entry requirements. All decisions are final and not open to debate. The winner will be notified via email and given 24 hours to respond. If a response is not received within this timeframe, a new winner will be chosen. The prize (one paperback copy of Mum Life Stories:Micro-Fiction, Vol 1)will be sent by express mail as soon as the winner responds to the confirmation email with a postal address. The winner will also be announced on both social media platforms April 26th 2021.
All decisions are final.
